The Daza Production Control System (DPCS) is an extremely valuable tool for any company. It is needed to establish measurement procedures for the efficiency and effectiveness of a company’s employees. The provision of managerial information enables various factors, such as yield, idle time, project retardations, project costs, yield benchmarks, etc., to be established. DPCS is therefore an essential instrument for Human resource management.
	Maker & checker. The fundamental concept of DPCS is the full participation of “the maker” and “the checker” - two people, at least, involved in all activities, for example, the generator of a work order (“to checker”) and the work carried out (“to maker”).

	Work Orders. The system works around work orders that guide and control time, establishes fulfilment dates, defines the complexity and sensitivity of the work, critical level, etc. Any order could be rejected, delayed or be annulled, depending on the availability of the participants.

	Mail. The system automatically generates electronic mails that are sent to the participants to opportunely notify them of any pertinent issues in the system and work orders relevant to them.

	Transactions The transactional characteristic of the system enables all transactions to be audited. That is to say a very accurate record of the flow of work can documented, highlighting any discrepancies that might arise.

	Work groups: The possibility of conforming work groups that can interact in a project facilitates the segmentation of companies in which, for example, separated functions by department are required.

	Company Clients. A client database enables the recording of service hours, meetings, telephone attention, etc., that has been reversed in each one of its clients.

	Client Service. The client service registry documents client opinion and commentary on pertinent services.

	Input/output registration. The system is biometric: fingerprint identification allows infallible registration of all people entering and exiting, either office subjects or personal individuals, whilst differentiating others.

	Human Resources. This system is intimately integrated with Human Resources systems so that it can automatically generate any discount that the employee might have

	Management Information. One of the great strengths of the system is the obtaining of information for decision making. Reports such as schedule fulfilment, use of time (statistical and individual), record of activities and projects, statistics of yield, statistics of effectiveness, etc. are just some of the reports that can be obtained from the system.

	Security.
