What is the purpose of GAM-PF?

GAM-PF (Global Asset Manager for Pension Funds) GAM-PF enables full control of the pension portfolio by monitoring investment limits, analysing portfolio stress and providing main office reports, all within a solid and friendly environment that simplifies the independent administration of the multiple funds administrated.

GAM-PF personalises the system to an enterprise’s requirements through a broad range of parameters which enable the function of the multiple currencies, funds, and languages inherent in the application.

The System enables the recording and administrating of: Risk Qualifiers, Stock Trustees, Stock Market Agencies, Account Officers, Intermediaries, etc.
Investments Investments
The Investment module performs the registration of stocks and their prices, counterparts, negotiation places, investment limits, etc. The Investment module may be optionally based or mutually funded and is aimed at both local and international markets.
Liquidity Liquidity
A module geared specifically towards the administration of multiple liquidity accounts in every Fund using any required currency to cash profits, settle operations, etc.
Accounting BackOffice Accounting BackOffice
The system automatically records any operation performed within it and it is then the client’s prerogative to utilise the accounting application or transfer the records to another application.
Individualized Administration of Funds Individualized Administration of Funds
Each administration fund can be individualised in the areas of Account Planning, date processing, backup, investment limiting (legal or internal), portfolio stress setting, main office reporting, etc.

 The user may personalize the investment limit control from three different approaches: General, Legal or Intdasily configured.

As many portfolio stress scenarios as required can be generated by means of foundation points – rates and prices – either including or excluding parts of the portfolio and modifying the exchange rate.
Portfolio Analysis Portfolio Analysis
The information provided on the composition and behaviour of the portfolio is broad and comprehensive. Quick graphics allow performance characteristics to be observed at a glance. 
Reports to the Main Office Reports to the Main Office
The system has been developed to incorporate mandatory regional AFP reports, including the composition and characteristics of each investment.
