What is the purpose of GAM?

The GAM (Global Asset Manager) System is an extensive and completely integrated tool that controls and follows up on the investment in Titles and Stocks whether for your own portfolio or your clients´ portfolio administered by your enterprise.

GAM modules

Parameters:
As in all systems developed by Daza Software S.A, GAM personalizes the system to the requirements of the enterprise through a vast module of parameters. Among them: Currency Determiner – facilitating investment with the required currency, Investment Limit Control per Issuer, Characteristics of Issuers, Subsidiaries, Cities, Countries, Stock Markets, Commissions, Types of Investment Blockades, etc.

Orders:
It is often necessary to establish some parameters for the investments of the enterprise. In such cases the institution must record accurately the limits established by the Clients. The Orders System facilitates this, providing the information stored in the system at any required time.

Participants:
There are a multitude of participants in the investment process: People, Enterprise, Stock Trustees, Stock Agencies, Account officers, Intermediaries, etc., all of whose data can be recorded in this module.

Investments:
Investments can be recorded, linked to the generating orders and assigned to the clients and thus concretized with this module. Additionally, stringent control over the financial position, payment and collection, dividend income, investment entries, etc. can be achieved with this module.

Portfolio:
In order to perform a correct follow up of the client portfolio, several tools produce portfolio inquiries, the administration of investment limits, price fixing, and much more.
