What is the purpose of Daza Fund Manager?

Daza Fund Manager (DFM) enables the administration of Mutual Funds in any modality: Close-ended, Open-ended, fixed rent, mixed, etc.DFM effectively manages a wide range of clients through the administration of accounts opened by the depositors, the protection of their funds, and the distribution of their benefits.

DFM personalises the system to an enterprise’s requirements through a broad range of parameters which enable the function of the multiple currencies, funds, and languages inherent in the application.

Administrating enterprises, clients and account officers can all participate within DFM. Information stored on the client profile can be used to perform strategic marketing, automated customer service and VIP client attention – All this using tools existent in the system.
Accounts Accounts
If required, the administrating enterprise and the client can have all the information necessary for total control of the account funds. Some pertinent characteristics of the module are: account blocking, statement reports, currency information, account reports, client profiles per account, pignoration of accounts, etc.
Administration Administration
Timely and reliable information on investments made with both your capital and your client’s capital can be gleaned from the integrated DFM and GAM reporting system, given the innately integrated nature of these two systems. In this module reports such as: Share Value Calculation, Currency Conversion, Yield, Portfolio Stratification and many more can be obtained. 
Cash desk Cash desk
A complete cash desk module supports all client deposits and withdrawals from the Fund. The administrator can control cash desk access, have real time control over the liquidity of the Fund, and obtain a series of reports assisting in the performance of all this. 
Commissions Commissions
Commission collection for account maintenance, administration, share redemption or any other special characteristic of the Fund are all performed automatically by the system.

Accounting Management
The operative performance of the system is automatically recorded by the system itself through the integration of DFM and the DFERP system (Daza Financial Enterprise Resource Planning) or any third party product.

The use of debit cards, WEB tellers, checks from the Fund and Internet Banking all facilitate and speed up client account access.
